Government Terror Alert Elevated
The government has raised the terror alert level from 'Attention' to 'Caution' for Jongno-gu and Jung-gu (March 19-21). Increased security measures are in effect. Report any suspicious activity to police (112) immediately.
Weather Advisory
March weather in Seoul can be cold (3-10°C). Dress in warm layers and bring a raincoat. Long umbrellas are prohibited inside the venue—only raincoats are allowed.
General Tips
Security Screening
All attendees must pass through metal detectors and bag checks at entry gates. Plan for 30-60 minutes of wait time for security screening.
Arrive Early
Gates open at 4:00 PM. Arrive early to avoid long queues and secure a good viewing position. Last entry is at 7:30 PM.
Minimize Belongings
Bring only essentials to speed up security checks. Large bags, suitcases, and prohibited items will be confiscated at the gate.
Keep Phone Charged
Keep your phone fully charged for emergency alerts, digital tickets, and real-time transport updates. Bring a small portable charger.
Follow Orderly Exit Procedures
After the concert, follow staff directions and use designated exit routes. Staggered exit will be in effect—please be patient and avoid rushing.

On-site Medical Stations
2 medical stations and 12 medical booths are set up throughout the venue area. Look for the green cross signs or ask staff for directions.
Mobile Intensive Care Unit
1 Seoul Mobile ICU is on standby near the main stage area for critical emergencies. Staffed with emergency physicians.
Medical Service Hours
All medical facilities operate from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM on event day. For emergencies after hours, call 119.
